Location with Opening:
Auto Body USA – 1700 West Dickman Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037
Pay Range:
$19–$21 per hour based on experience
Competitive Pay & Steady Hours: $19–$21/hour depending on experience

As a Parts Specialist at CollisionRight, you’ll play a critical role in supporting production by keeping the right parts flowing to the right people. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing accurate inventory and logging parts in our system
Ordering and receiving parts promptly to support repair timelines
Inspecting parts for damage and coordinating immediate returns and replacements
Maintaining clean, organized storage and ensuring tools are in working order
Collaborating with vendors to track and confirm part orders and delivery
Updating cost projections and communicating parts needs with internal teams
Providing excellent customer service and answering questions about vehicle status
1+ year of experience in parts operations (automotive/collision repair experience preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to read and understand work orders, estimates, and internal cost reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
