Parts Specialist

Location: Battle Creek, MI

Auto Body USA – 1700 West Dickman Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037

Pay Range:
$19–$21 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:

As a Parts Specialist at CollisionRight, you’ll play a critical role in supporting production by keeping the right parts flowing to the right people. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing accurate inventory and logging parts in our system

  • Ordering and receiving parts promptly to support repair timelines

  • Inspecting parts for damage and coordinating immediate returns and replacements

  • Maintaining clean, organized storage and ensuring tools are in working order

  • Collaborating with vendors to track and confirm part orders and delivery

  • Updating cost projections and communicating parts needs with internal teams

  • Providing excellent customer service and answering questions about vehicle status


What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of experience in parts operations (automotive/collision repair experience preferred)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to read and understand work orders, estimates, and internal cost reports

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
